I’ve already shared some of the lessons I learned when I went to Las Vegas with Barilla, anyone who’s broken bread at my house recently has been on the receiving end of all my delicious newfound knowledge.
(Also, let me say thanks again to Barilla for bringing me out to their VIP Fitness Professionals Event, but also, I hope y’all know that I’m under zero obligation to keep jawing about it, so all opinions and enthusiasm about this belong solely to me)
What I have not yet shared is Barilla’s Pasta Recipe Builder, which makes it incredibly easy to create a pasta recipe that you know you’ll love — and that contains 500 calories or less per serving (if you adhere to the serving size, which I know can be a challenge with pasta!). It’s kind of the best of both worlds here, because you have the ability to really customize the recipe in a bunch of different ways, and the steps make it basically foolproof. It’s kind of like, GO WILD! … in a room made of marshmallows so you can’t possibly get hurt.
And yes, that does sound awesome. Almost as awesome as this!
What combo are you going to try first? I had no idea how good beans could be in pasta prior to my Vegas trip, but WOW. —Kristen
