Ever find yourself going back for seconds even when you know you’re full? Or keep eating a meal even though it’s not that great and you’re not really hungry? Yep, we’ve all been there. Which is why when I saw the review of MealEnders by Erin over on Fit Bottomed Girls (check it out here or by clicking the image below!), we had to share. Could this be an easy way to stop overeating and curb overindulging?
The whole review is pretty fascinating, right? I totally get what Erin is saying about not wanting to be reliant on anything outside to be aware of her mindful cues, but when I got to thinking about it, I realized that I almost always end my dinner (and sometimes even lunch!) with a piece of dark chocolate. To me, this signals the end of the meal. And it works for me — a little sweetness and I’m good. It’s kind of the whole concept that MealEnders is based on, minus the tingling.
What about you? Do you always end a meal a certain way? What other tricks do you have for not overeating? —Jenn
