Munch It Monday, February 9
This week’s Munch It Monday challenge? Chocolate. Awww, yeah.
We want you take some time to learn all about this tasty treat. For one thing, did you know it’s a superfood? If you go with the really good dark chocolate that’s 70 percent or more cacao (which, btw, is a great addition to smoothies in powder or nib form!), it’s packed full of antioxidants and flavonoids. Oh, and the fact that regular chocolate eaters tend to have lower BMIs (holla!) is just one of the health benefits this sweet little delight offers.
While nibbling on a square of the good stuff is nothing to sneeze at, we’ve got loads of suggestions for other ways to enjoy some chocolate. (And yes, we know there are, ahem, other ways you might enjoy it on Valentine’s Day, but hey, it’s a family show here, guys.)
