All of the details of the first-ever (free!) Fit Bottomed Challenge are over on Fit Bottomed Girls here, but since so much of being healthy is about what you eat, we are totally getting into the action. In fact, each Monday of the challenge is dedicated to food (hence the name Munch It Monday!). And each Monday we’ll be sharing deets of what that day’s challenge is all about. The Fit Bottomed Challenge is all about doing what’s right for you and discovering your own healthiest self, so feel free to just do the Monday challenge items if you’re just interested in the foodie side of things — or jump right in and do the whole thing. Totally up to you.

So, before we get into this week’s Munch It Monday challenge item, who’s in?! All food resolutions are not created equal, but we swear that these five are actually awesome — totally doable, stick for the long haul and will make you feel better in the New Year. Get them here! And don’t worry; as the weeks go by, we’ll hold you accountable to how that resolution is doing!
