From kale to chia seeds to coconut milk and chocolate-covered anything, Fit Bottomed Eats was created in January 2013 by the co-founders of Fit Bottomed Girls , Women’s Blogger and Fit Bottomed Mamas as the go-to source for fit foodies (or foodies who want to be fitter!). With reviews, recipes, blog posts, nutrition tips and more, we’re here to feed your belly and your mind, no matter if you’re a vegetarian, flexitarian, gluten-free, meat-a-saurus and anything and everything in between!
- Why Eats? Because here at FBE, we believe that all kinds of food should be celebrated and savored bite by bite. We want to help you figure out how to make the food that’s good for you the food you love (and vice versa).
- Is This a Diet Site? No! So many of us restrict food (diet is a four-letter word, in our books!), and even feel guilty when they eat “bad” stuff. Many of us also dread cooking or think that it has to take hours to create a really good meal.
