Birthday Giveaway: A Crazy Cool Cookbook Giveaway

giveaway

We might be the ones celebrating another trip around the sun, but you’re the one getting a gift, because we’ve got some sweet giveaways for you this week. And it all starts off with a collection of cookbooks (and a few coloring books!) from The Countryman Press. Here’s what this fab prize pack includes:

Raw-Vitalize: The Easy 21-Day Raw Food Recharge

raw cookbook

Interested in eating raw but not sure how to get started? This book offers a 21-day raw food plan that’ll work even with busy schedules.

Frozen Paleo

Dietary restrictions don’t mean you can’t enjoy a frozen treat, and this cookbook shows you how to make dairy-free ice cream, pops, pies, granitas, sorbets and more. Plus? It’s super pretty — and yes, that matters when it comes to cookbooks.

High-Protein Shakes and High Protein Pancakes

high protein cookbooks

You know that protein is key to staying strong and lean, and these two books will provide you with simple but delicious recipes that’ll leave you satisfied and full of energy.

Color Your Way 10 Minutes a Day

coloring books

Eating well isn’t the only part of good health — setting aside a bit of “me time” is also vital, and many of us have gotten into the habit of doing a bit of mindful coloring. This set of pocket-sized coloring books by Cher Kaufman (each with its own focus: Joy, Gratitude, Love, Peace) will provide you with hours of peaceful coloring. Just BYOP (bring your own pencils!).

Want to win this for yourself? Leave a comment below telling us: What’s the one dish or type of cuisine you don’t know how to cook but would really like to learn to make at home? We’ll randomly select a U.S. winner next week. Oh, and make sure to keep checking in on other giveaways we’ve got going on. Wouldn’t want you to miss out! —Kristen

  1. I would like to learn some recipes with some ingredients that I don’t use, like avocados, squash, and brussel sprouts 🙂

  2. I’d like to learn how to bake with yeast – yeast recipes terrify me! 🙂 At the same time, I’d really like to be able to bake yeast-driven items like bread myself, since so much bread on the market is nutritionally unsound.

  3. I’d love to learn to make more Middle-eastern and Indian food – I guess I have to bite the bullet and stock up on more spices!

  4. I am super intimidated by many meats beyond chicken. I would really love to learn how to grill a nice steak!

  5. I would love to learn how to make a healthy version of Pad Thai!
    Thanks for the giveaway!

  6. I’d like to learn how to make some fermented foods. It sounds like a big waiting and checking game and if I get busy I might just forget to check it and ruin the whole batch!
